    On-air broadcasting television content addition of links service. Terms and Conditions.

    1. Service granting Terms and Conditions 

    1.1. MobiWorld Media is the copyright holder of SPB TV software product purchased and set on your mobile device with purchase and payment order maintenance under the terms of fulfillment of all terms and conditions of SPB TV software product user agreement.
    1.2. SPB TV is a software product that allows you to watch on-air broadcasting TV programs video record online on your mobile device. You can watch on-air broadcasting TV content online, links on which are uploaded directly by you, as a copyright holder of this content, as well as other users of site www.spbsoftwarehouse.com, on the terms of the licence given to you by other users.

    2. SPB TV software product informational facilities. 

    2.1. Whereas SPB TV is the program that plays the on-air broadcasting TV content provided by users of a site www.spbsoftwarehouse.com in the form of links, browseable for users of mobile devices, the possibility of uploading such links with observance of Terms and Conditions is given to all users of a site www.spbsoftwarehouse.com 

    3. Terms and Conditions of uploading the links to on-air broadcasting TV online content:

    4. Restraint of  copyright infringement.

You as well as MobiWorld Media are to obey the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Jersey, USA for settling any legal matter arisen by virtue of Terms and Conditions.
